About Ibuprofen (PENFRO) 200mg/5mL Suspension
Ibuprofen (PENFRO) 200mg/5mL Suspension is a pediatric-friendly, fast-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) designed to relieve fever, pain, and inflammation in children. Each 5mL of this pleasant-tasting oral suspension contains 200mg of ibuprofen, a widely trusted and clinically proven analgesic and antipyretic.
Ibuprofen acts by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes responsible for the production of prostaglandins—natural chemicals that trigger inflammation, swelling, pain, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin levels, Ibuprofen (PENFRO) 200mg/5mL Suspension helps alleviate discomfort and improve overall well-being in children suffering from a variety of common illnesses and conditions.
Its liquid formulation and easy-to-measure dosage make it especially suitable for infants and young children who may have difficulty swallowing tablets. This suspension is ideal for at-home or clinical use in managing pain and fever caused by infections, injuries, or post-vaccination reactions.
