• Lower respiratory tract infections, such as acute bronchitis and mild to moderate pneumonia

• Acute otitis media (middle ear infection)

• Skin and soft tissue infections, including impetigo and cellulitis

• Mycobacterial infections (off-label use, based on the physician’s discretion)

• Helicobacter pylori eradication (as part of combination therapy, in special cases)
